If a customer has called before, their name and last pickup, destination address are saved together with the telephone number as well. The Operator only need to confirm that the address they are calling from is actually the pickup address.

The details of that job automatically transferred to the data despatch system, running on automatic dispatch. The system selects the car that is most suitable to the job. The way the computer think and the criteria used are programmable by you in a very easy and clear set-up screen.

 
 
The controller now is half telephonist and half supervisor, and can concentrate on speaking to drivers with specific queries. All the cars in the fleet have satellite receivers and the in-car data-unit automatically sends their location via the radio to the office, all this is totally transparent to the drivers and operators. Here, the location information is used by the data system to choose the most suitable car for each job. The positions of the cars are displayed on the GPS mapping screen.
 
 
Within seconds after the actual booking has been taken, the data unit in the selected car will offer the job to driver and gives him 30 seconds to accept the job if he fails to accept the job it will keep beeping for a further 30 seconds . By pressing accept key on the unit he accepts the job, and can view the job details on the screen. It is not an exaggeration that most drivers starts using the data-units after 10 minutes of training.

Using Future Taxi System your drivers no longer need to climb 4 floors to ring the bell or park on double yellow line to call a passenger, couple of minutes before the taxi arrives at pickup point your driver can press a button and use the intelligent TAPI "telephony interface" and call the passenger and hang-up after couple of rings. The system is so intelligent that can tell the driver that the call was made or the phone was busy try later or there is no phone number for this customer.
